Ultramarine employs a diverse workforce spanning office administration, accounting, operations, sales, estimating, project management, and field execution. From the earliest stages of planning and customer communication through project completion in the field, our teams work together to support marine construction projects across Florida.

Our professional and operational staff help manage estimating, permitting coordination, scheduling, project oversight, customer service, logistics, and financial administration, ensuring projects remain organized, responsive, and efficiently executed from start to finish.

In the field, our crews include superintendents, foremen, equipment operators, CDL drivers, and experienced marine construction personnel responsible for safely executing work along coastlines, canals, waterways, and waterfront properties. Whether supporting large-scale commercial marine construction projects or residential waterfront improvements, every team member plays a critical role in maintaining the professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship clients expect from Ultramarine.
