Lesh Residential Seawall
Client Type: Residential
Hurricane Ian destroyed 35 feet of the Lesh property’s 70-foot seawall. Rather than recommending a full replacement, Ultramarine assessed the situation honestly and replaced only the damaged section — saving the homeowner significant cost while restoring full shoreline protection.
The Challenge
Hurricane Ian destroyed 35 feet of the customer’s 70-foot seawall. The remaining 35 feet was still structurally sound, and the homeowner needed a contractor who would be honest about what actually needed to be replaced rather than recommending unnecessary work.

Scope of Work

Our Solution
Ultramarine replaced only the 35-foot damaged section of the seawall with new vinyl sheet pile, capped with a reinforced concrete cap and tiebacks — saving the customer the cost of a full replacement while fully restoring the property’s shoreline protection.
