When soil movement and erosion began threatening the stability of the Klingemen property’s pool area, the homeowner needed a partner who could stabilize the ground before the pool started to settle. UltraMarine designed and installed a retaining wall system that secured the area and protected the pool, deck, and surrounding improvements from further movement.

Years of soil movement and erosion had compromised the ground supporting the pool area, raising the risk of continued settling and damage to the surrounding structure. The site itself was the larger obstacle: access between the pool and the work area was extremely tight, ruling out conventional installation equipment and standard methods. Every wall panel and tieback component had to be placed within a confined footprint while protecting the existing pool, deck, and landscape.
