The Challenge

Hurricane Ian destroyed the previous concrete seawall at the Sanibel condominium, leaving the property without shoreline protection. The client needed a reliable contractor who had already demonstrated quality work in the area to replace the failed structure with a durable, long-term solution.

Scope of Work

Seawall Panel Removal & Replacement

Removal of failed concrete seawall panels and installation of all-new composite sheet seawall panels across 300 linear feet.

Helical Tieback Installation

Installation of helical tiebacks every 10 feet along the full length of the new seawall for structural reinforcement.

Reinforced Concrete Cap

Construction of a 3-foot wide by 2-foot tall reinforced concrete cap along the top of the new seawall system.
